Orders and Delivery
📌 How long does it take to process an order?
Our processing times are 2 to 7 business days for shipments to Europe.
📦 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days and over 50% within 3 business days .
For orders outside Europe , delivery can take up to 25 working days depending on the destination and carrier.
📌 When will my order arrive?
Delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen and our transport partners.
You will find the exact details in your order confirmation email, however the delivery tracking email may take up to 48 hours to update with the logistics transport systems.
📌 How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

✅ A link to track your order in real time

Modifications and Returns
📌 How can I modify an existing order?
You can modify your order while it is still being processed .
